Always happy to find performances of Bach music on the mandolin! This one is a very nice one nice due to the uninterrupted flow of music, the tone that is sweet and bright (Lyon and Healey) and the good timing. It is also a live performance and brings that sweet and subtle “excitement” to the sound of the music played. Well done!
Performed at the Calloway Auditorium (University of Western Australia) Perth in November 2010. Details of the Perth International Mandolin Festival to be held in July 2012 can be found at http://www.wamo.com.au
